Step One: Mindset & Reality Check
This is the step where we set the tone on our current reality and begin to develop the mindset it takes to achieve our goal.
Step Two: Back To The Basics
This is the step where we lay the foundation on fundamentals when it comes to running form, strength and mobility.
Step Three: Nutrition & Strength
Knowing how to properly fuel your body in order to perform is a vital step to success and it must not be overlooked. Strength is the foundation of every athlete, this needs to be developed and used properly when it comes to speed and sport. (We will provide supplements)
Step Four: Advanced Mechanics & Timing
After hammering in the fundamentals we will begin adding in advanced training techniques and resistance to accelerate our progress. Timing is important. We have the Laser system used at the NFL combine so accuracy and execution will be at our fingertips at all times.
Step Five: Transition to Sport/ Qualifying Times
Once we get faster we must now know how to apply this speed to the game we play. And if your sport requires specific timing by position we will begin to use the timing system more regularly to prepare for camps and workouts.
Step Six: Network & Recruiting
This is how we land the plane. Everything we do above is all for nothing if we don’t execute this very step! WE MUST NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. This step will require you to be very involved and prompt. The Recruiting game can be very tiresome and cause a lot of anxiety. But rest assured if you do everything you're asked to do you will have ample amount of opportunity to perform at the next level.
